Worth knowing before you start.
We match providers to your property by location and show those most likely to lease first, with the evidence for each in one row. You judge the fit and choose who to contact. A result is not confirmation that a provider leases.
Supported living involves different kinds of organisation. Care providers deliver the support, housing providers hold and manage homes, and community interest companies are often smaller local organisations. Each has its own lease terms and property needs, so Lease Ventures shows all three side by side.
You do, from your account, using the available contact details. You can save notes and distinguish your screening decisions from providers who decline after contact. Saving an outreach record does not send a message.
It depends on the provider. Some providers and locations suit shared living properties of three or more bedrooms, while many prefer self-contained units. Because it varies by location and by provider, almost any property could be suitable. The work is in making sure all the elements line up.
